Just like the rest, got a call from a really rude woman. When I told her I wasn’t interested, she snapped back with “you’re such an id**t” and told me to “get lost.” Funny thing is, she was the one who rang me first! She was trying to sell some kind of debt relief plan or something. Proper cheeky.

They rang me thrice within a couple of hours.

This bloke, sounded Asian and he actually knew my name. He claimed I owed money and said he was ringing from the Citizens Advice Bureau. When I asked him what debt he was on about, he just ended the call. I suspected it was a scam right away. The CAB must have better things to sort than chasing folks over the phone like this. If they really phoned everyone in debt, they’d probably end up in trouble themselves. Pretty daft leaving his number visible as well. Since that first call, he’s tried ringing a few more times but luckily I’ve been at work without my phone, so no worries!

They rang up saying I owed money because of damage to a car and tried pushing me to settle it quick or else they would take me to court.

I received a call from this number, but when I tried to call back on my landline, it was perpetually engaged. Oddly enough, there was no response when they rang me initially.

It's the exact scammers from Pakistan using a bunch of phony 0777 numbers to try and steal identities. Best thing is to just block them and don't share anything. Honestly, just tell them to get lost - not like they need tips on having kids anyway. Absolute con artists, those lot.

Got a call from this number and some guy with an Asian accent said he was from the Citizen Advice Bureau, telling me I supposedly owe some money, which is news to me. When I asked why it was from a mobile phone rather than an official number, he just hung up straightaway. Pretty suspicious if you ask me.

I answered but no one said a word, so I just ended the call. Then it rang again and I just let it ring out to voicemail, but nothing was left. Probably just another annoying scammer number to add to the block list. With all these idiots calling, it’s hard to tell if a call’s actually legit or not these days.

Received a call yesterday from a different 0777 number, and then just earlier today, got another call from this number. I’m guessing it’s the same individual behind it all. Strangely enough, during today’s call, they hung up without saying a word.
