Someone called saying they were with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, trying to assist with some sort of investment scam I’d fallen for. I told them to send the info over email and then they just cut the call straight away.

They try to get your phone info as soon as you pick up. Never share your bank info or passwords over the phone. It's best to just ignore these calls.
