He insisted it was and claimed they’re regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, then started asking about some debt. I replied, "How are you calling from an FCA regulated firm on a mobile then?" He said I didn’t know what I was talking about. So I told him I actually work for a firm regulated by the FCA and asked for his registration number. He got all cocky, so I just hung up. Then he rang me back and started swearing at me.
