I kept getting these automated calls with a voice speaking Chinese, talking about Visa stuff and things like that. It then asked me to pick a language from Chinese, Cantonese, or English. But whenever I chose English, the call just disconnected. I've had these calls banging on my phone for about two years now. They took a break for a couple of months and then started all over again. I reckon this number is linked to the police or some government agency in the UK trying to track someone’s whereabouts.
