I’ve gone ahead and blocked it now.8 yearsthis bloke rang me saying he was from some insurance place. ive got a bunch of calls recently from those "ppi" or accident claim firms. i dont have much patience with them at all. as soon as i figure out their game, i go straight on the attack. when i told this guy i aint got any fxxking pi, he started swearing and then just hung up. if they’re after bank info and stuff like that, its the vulnerable or elderly who could get properly ripped off.8 yearsThey actually said my full name and where I live, then asked for my birthday claiming I'd won over £18,000 from a PPI claim. That can't be right, I’ve never made any claims at all. Total nonsense, no chance!8 yearsSome bloke called me up saying I'd been ripped off on a loan or something. We went back and forth like this: him claiming I'd been scammed, me denying it. Then suddenly he started swearing at me, telling me to piss off. I just laughed it off. After a bit, he shouted more abuse and then hung up. Couple of minutes later, he called again, still swearing and telling me to get lost.
