Got a call today at 09:42 from 07768863034, an automated message saying it was from the 'Bank Security Department'. They said there were two transactions on my account - one for £300 and another for £1,000 - but didn’t say which bank. They gave me two choices: press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to someone. I went with number 2. When the person came on, I asked them which bank they were calling from, but all I got back was 'Bank Security Department' again. I asked again and then they just cut me off. Definitely a dodgy call, so I told my bank straightaway.
