I got a call from this number saying I needed to update my NHS info, all in English at first. Then it told me to press one for English, but I wasn’t quick enough to use the keypad. Suddenly, a strange voice spoke a bit of Chinese, and then an Asian-sounding person asked if I spoke Chinese and if I’d pressed the button. I said no, it all happened way too quickly, and then they just hung up on me. I’m sure they’ll be back again though. Honestly, I’m glad they did because I was ready to give them a proper telling off. Proper rubbish scammers, the lot of them!
