Got a call from a bloke saying they fitted insulation in my loft and walls about five years back, and now they're sending me a new certificate that I supposedly need to sign. He also said an engineer would come round tomorrow to have a look. I told him I’ve got the original invoice to check - I actually had the loft insulated over a decade ago - and I don’t want any visitors. The guy got pretty pushy and just hung up on me.
