I got a call from some firm about loft insulation, claiming they’d come do a free health and safety check since the manufacturer’s guarantee had run out. I asked how they even knew about that but he just said he did. Then I mentioned it was actually quite new and he suddenly started yelling at me, saying he was doing me a favour! I told him he was being really rude and ended the call. Proper cheeky behaviour.
