I got a call from someone called Luke, said he was with ? Home Solutions. When I said I don’t like cold calls, he asked me why, then told me he’d be ringing back anyway when I told him to remove me from their list. I’m planning to file an official complaint about this.

I didn’t pick up since it didn’t show a name, just the number. I only tend to answer if I can see who it is first!

A bloke rang me saying he was from some home advice centre and mentioned loft insulation. I told him I’m on the TPS and asked him not to bother me again. He said he’d ring back shortly. I told him no, and he just said ‘will do’. Then I ended the call.

He claimed it wasn’t a sales call, then had the cheek to tell me to be polite when answering calls to my own number! Then he just hung up. Blocked the number straight away.
