so i got a call from someone claiming to be from the citizens investigation bureau or something like that, total nonsense. when i started questioning him, he just kept telling me to bugger off over and over. honestly, just block this number and dont answer if they ring you up, waste of time for sure.

This bloke kept calling me, saying he could sort out my debts, wouldnt stop ringing. My boyfriend picked up and he went off, getting really foul and shouting rubbish about my mum. Felt like it might be worth telling the cops. Seriously, how do these muppets even get hold of our phone numbers?

Got a phone call from some bloke saying he was a government official and that bailiffs would be coming to seize all my belongings, then he just abruptly hung up on me.

Got a call from this number, the bloke said he had my info from some government source about my debts. When I told him to take me off their list, he went totally off, shouting and using horrible language. It was really bad. Honestly, this deserves a report to the police, no question.

Got a call telling me I owed some money. When I refused to go along with it, the caller just shouted some rude words at me and slammed the phone down.

someone rang claiming to be from the citizens advice about a new government plan to cut down unsecured debt payments by 30 to 40%. they said my creditors had asked them to get in touch with me. i told them that wasn’t true, and they started arguing saying i was required by law to share details about my loans and credit cards. i told them i wasn’t going to give out my private info. then they got quite aggressive, threatening that all my creditors would come after me and i’d be in serious trouble for refusing to talk to them.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Citizens Advice, claiming I owed money I didn’t know about. I reckon it was more harassment than anything else, but it seems pretty dodgy since they were obviously not telling the truth. Watch out for these kind of calls!

totally dodgy call, this guy said he was from citizens advice and claimed I owed money when there's not a single debt on my name. as soon as I asked where he got my details he just hung up and now he wont stop calling me back! watch out and never give out your info to people like this!
