Extremely concerning! This number seems to be misusing WhatsApp to send inappropriate messages while masquerading with individuals' profile photos. I’ve come across some quite disturbing content directed towards minors. Furthermore, it’s tied to a Facebook account claiming to be an employee at Lancashire County Council, but the images there don’t match the actual person with the same name from the council. I've taken the step of reporting this to the mobile network, as well as notifying the police, the Lancashire safeguarding children board, and the HR department at Lancashire County Council.
