My mobile rang today from a woman speaking with a European accent claiming she was from BT, asking about my broadband service. Funny thing is, I've just had issues with it and already talked directly to BT through their official 0800 800 150 number. They've even called me back from other 0800 numbers, never a mobile. When I mentioned this and said she ought to be aware of BT’s usual procedures, she abruptly ended the call!
