She spun a tale about needing my new address to send me a refund cheque for some previous work and payments I made with their water services. She explained that there had been a discount offered, yet they were unable to process my reimbursement back then, hence her ringing my landline now. In a foolish moment, I fell for it, thinking it was a legitimate call! Just a heads up to others, be on your guard!
