Picked up the phone and all I got was some automated voice saying hello. I listened a couple of times to check if I was imagining it, but then just ended the call since it seemed like a scam to me.

Got a call from a woman saying she’d found a credit card with my name on it, said it was from the local shopping centre. Thing is, I never lost any card recently. Felt a bit iffy about it though, like it might be a scam or something, even though I can’t quite explain why.

Had a woman ring me up saying she’d come across a credit card with my name at the shopping centre nearby. I hadn’t actually lost any card, so that made me suspicious straight away. Maybe it was legit but I just had this gut feeling it was fishy somehow - no idea why exactly though!
