So now they're calling, pretending they're from the European High Court, saying you've got some unpaid maintenance charges for a famous, totally legit timeshare resort. They insist you still owe fees on places you sold ages ago, which is totally not true! Honestly, it just makes people panic for no good reason! That’s being polite about it!

Got a call from someone who actually knew my name, said they were doing a survey about solar panels. Asked if we had any installed. I said yes, we do. Then they wanted to know how many. I just told them, as many as necessary! They hung up right after.

She mentioned something about a court order for a debt I supposedly owe Hilton for unpaid maintenance charges. It was quite alarming since she already seemed to know our personal info. Fingers crossed, if I just don’t answer, they might stop bothering me.

Got a call from a woman named Emily who said she was ringing from a debt collection company about an outstanding balance on our timeshare. She mentioned she was representing Hilton Grand Vacations. Thing is, we don’t owe anything on the maintenance fee since we already paid it all.

Got a call from this number on my landline but didn’t pick up, then my mobile buzzed twice from a different number 07727 736062. I’ve blocked both now. Honestly, it makes me wonder if they’ll eventually run out of numbers to try, I’ve blocked tons already. Like quite a few others, I get just two rings then nothing, no voicemail left behind. They often call from numbers beginning with 0772. After getting a call this morning, I tried ringing back and, just like others have said, there was some weird music before someone picked up claiming to be from domestic security services or something along those lines. Pretty sure it’s a scam since I’ve had similar calls on my landline too, mostly from places like Birmingham and Norwich.

Honestly, why do so many folks leave useless comments? Saying 'just hung up straight away' doesn’t help anyone figure out what was up! For me, they were pretending to check if you own a timeshare and making sure you’re not getting hassle from cold calls, then pushing you to use their claim service. Same scammer calling from loads of different numbers - definitely should be blacklisted. One of the numbers was 07723870982, ringing from different ones but same trick. Now that’s a proper warning!
