If it’s a number I don’t recognise, especially with a +44, I just don’t pick up. Most of the time these are scams and they never bother leaving a voicemail - makes it pretty simple to ignore them!

Got a call saying it was from the Public Health Department, but I told whoever it was there’s no way that’s true and then just hung up.
