This number rang me up recently. I got a dodgy call on my home phone yesterday from a different number. Then today, this one tried me on my mobile. Didn’t pick up cause I was already talking to someone else.

Saw what people were saying about this number and decided to block it straight away. They didn’t leave any voicemail or text, but I stopped picking up unknown numbers ages ago because there’s so much spam and scams these days.

So Emanuel called me, or rather I rang him back since I had loads of missed calls. I’ve been checking out boilers recently, so I was kind of expecting a bunch of calls. I've actually arranged to get an email that tells me who’ll ring me to give a quote. Bit annoying but even though my phone flagged it as a scam, I’m fine with it. The company was Price Engines, so I guess you’ve got to answer any call like this, even if it might be dodgy.

Got a call about solar panels or something #@*&+#? They said I’d signed up for a quote or whatever!! No idea about that, definitely a wrong number, blocked it straight away.

Got calls from a few numbers that were the same except the last three digits over the last few days. Didn’t pick up, just went straight to block.

Got a robocall saying my bank card was charged twice on Amazon for £300 and £1100. They said it was suspicious and told me to press 1 to confirm or 2 to talk to someone. Then they just cut off. I checked both my bank and Amazon accounts and there was nothing. Pretty clear scam, best to ignore these calls.

Got a robo call claiming to be from the National Crime Agency saying my national insurance number was involved in fraud and they'd suspend it unless I called back. I didn't bother ringing them!

I think it’s some kind of autodialler linked to me registering with a middleman site which said they’d help get quotes for green home improvements. Seems like it’s controlled by some confused bot that just sends the same two emails over and over about getting quotes and keeps asking for info I’ve already sent twice. Honestly, it’s pretty baffling.

They keep ringing me nonstop, even tho I blocked the numbers multiple times since they just change the last few digits. They call like every hour between 9 and 12 then start again the next day. Something about selling insurance I think. Asked them to take me off their list, but they just carry on calling anyway.

They ring me, but as soon as I pick up, they just cut off straight away, usually after just two rings. Seems like some kind of automated caller with a super quick dial. I'm pretty sure it started after I foolishly took part in a marketing survey recently. Honestly, no one should bother with those surveys, they probably think it’s alright to share your phone number with anyone and everyone.

Got two calls this morning from nearly the same number, just the last few digits were different like the comment mentioned. Neither of them left a voicemail.

I’m curious what happened to the earlier comments here. I obviously visited this page on 4/12/17 but didn’t leave anything, which isn’t like me at all. I’m sure I’ve looked up this number before since it’s part of a sequence where the first 9 digits stay the same and only the last two vary. About 2 or 3 months ago, I got hammered by all those numbers, but they’ve calmed down recently - maybe switched to different ones. Honestly, whoever’s doing this job must be either really clueless or down on their luck.
