I received this peculiar message at 3:40 in the morning, purporting to be from the NHS, urging me to request a testing kit on account of alleged proximity to a person who has tested positive for Omicron. It seems rather dubious, so I’ve flagged it with 7726 for further investigation. Got to be cautious with these things!

I got a text from this number urging me to get a PCR test since I've supposedly been in touch with someone infected. When I clicked on the link, it wanted me to pay for the postage, which seemed a bit dodgy.

Had a chat with someone who's apparently been in touch with someone who tested positive for the omicron variant. They then sent me a link to get tested, but it didn't seem legitimate at all.
