Someone called saying they were from Spectrum, asking if we had cavity wall insulation and wanted us to confirm our postcode - we didn’t give it. We’re on the TPS list, so when I asked where they got our number from, the caller just refused to answer! Complete waste of time!

These people kept ringing saying we had to get our cavity wall insulation taken out and put back in. We've clearly signed up to the TPS, yet they still called. They even tried chatting up my elderly husband to sell their stuff. What a waste of time!
