Got a call from what looked like a UK mobile number but I reckon it’s an overseas call centre hiding their real number. The person on the line said they worked for EE and that they were ringing because I supposedly have an EE account and they’d like to offer me an upgrade. Thing is, I don’t have any EE account at all, so I’m pretty sure they’re not legit. Feels like a scam trying to trick people who might not be paying close attention.
