I got a phone call from this number claiming to be regarding a tax refund linked to a PPI reimbursement from 2019.

Received a call on the 12th of July, 2023. When I picked up and greeted them, there was a bit of commotion in the background. However, as soon as I uttered 'hello', they abruptly disconnected without saying a word. The entire call only lasted about four seconds!

Finally mustered the courage to greet them, but then fumbled and mumbled something like, "I'm, um, just trying to, errrr…" before hanging up abruptly.
