I received a call from the local council’s housing repair department. They mentioned they were following up on a complaint. When I inquired about the nature of this complaint, they claimed it was regarding damp issues. I couldn’t help but think they were talking utter nonsense! They found it amusing and promptly hung up on me. I've made the decision to block their number and report the incident.
