Got a call from someone claiming to be with the council's housing repair team. They said they were following up on a complaint about damp. When I asked what complaint exactly, I told them they were talking rubbish. They just laughed and hung up on me. Definitely blocking and reporting this number.

Got a call earlier that was definitely one of those PPI scam things. Pretty annoying how they keep trying that old trick. Just blocked the number straight away.
