Some bloke called saying he was from Citizens Advice, but I never got a word in before he just cut me off. Then he rang back, shouting and calling me names. Honestly, couldn’t even understand what he was saying properly!

So this company claimed they were from a debt recovery outfit. I told them I wasn't interested, and they replied something like, "I know you aren’t, but do you know why I’m calling?" Before they could say more, I just ended the call. This was the second time this week they’ve called me. They seem to use a mobile number, probably because most folks answer if it looks like a regular person or someone familiar.

This number rang me earlier and when I said I wasn’t interested, the person on the other end started swearing at me. I got pretty annoyed because it was so disrespectful.
