I haven't a clue who this number belongs to, and they didn't bother to leave any sort of message.

I had this chap on the phone claiming to be a broker. He was all about his financial services and wanted to have a natter about some supposedly fantastic investment prospects, assuring me I’d make a tidy profit. To be honest, I wasn’t the slightest bit keen on his pitch.

I've had loads of calls from these lot, always trying to push some investment scheme on me, and some were downright rude. This one chap was alright though, a bit polite at least. After reading everyone's comments here, I’ve realised it’s probably a scam - bit daft of me to not have seen that before. I’m off to block the number now. Cheers to everyone for sharing your stories, it made me see sense.

Got a call from someone who was way too pushy, asking if I invest and what experience I have. Told him nicely to stop calling and to delete my details, but he just got all defensive and even started insulting me. Definitely a spammer - blocked him immediately.

This number kept ringing me six times yesterday, but when I answered, no one talked, just silence like an automated call. I ended the call after about 4 or 5 seconds. Definitely some kind of robot on the other end.

Had some bloke ringing me up calling me Mr Maddie, asking about my investments. Told him to shove off, but he still ended up calling me like three times! Just to be clear, Maddie’s my daughter, not me. Proper annoying guy, honestly.

This bloke rang me asking about my investments, which I told him I don’t do. Then I asked where he got my number from. Instead of answering, he said, “Just say yes or no and I’ll tell you more.” I wasn’t having any of it and told him I’m not here to haggle. Definitely blocking this number. Not only was he annoying, but proper rude too.

This bloke has rung me a couple of times today, trying to sell some finance services, said he was a broker or something. When I said I wasn’t interested, he just snapped and started swearing at me. How do you even deal with someone that rude in business?
