Some young guy who said his name was “John” from Euro Seal rang me. There was loads of shouting, laughing and swearing in the background, so I told him to tell his mates to be quiet when he’s on a call and maybe find a proper job, then I ended the call. He rang straight back, so I told him to piss off and blocked his number.

I got a call from Euro Seal, which I think used to be called Storm Seal, Cold Seal, or Warm Seal before that. They rang out of the blue so I blocked them straight away. Honestly, I wouldn’t touch them with a bargepole. They seem to keep going bust and just switch names, which means any debts or warranties you’ve got with them are pretty much void. Definitely don’t trust this lot for your windows.

It was some Euro thingy or whatever. As soon as I asked if they were calling from a call centre, they just cut me off.

I answered the call and hung around expecting a voice to greet me. If it was truly someone trying to reach me, I figured they’d introduce themselves. After a brief silence lasting about 15 seconds, the line went dead. Quite peculiar!

Annoying caller, said they had contacted us before about our windows needing sorting, the typical "we can do it cheaper than anyone else" line. Don't fall for it, they’re a scam, targeting older people. Just block 'em or they'll ring you like 3 or 4 times daily. Proper pain, really annoying. I'd honestly rate them as HAZARDOUS.
