It claimed it was my final chance to pay an outstanding PCN with a 50% discount, but it didn’t mention which local authority supposedly issued it. It warned me that if I didn’t pay within 28 days, legal action would follow, causing extra fees. Since I haven’t had any parking tickets at all, I didn’t dare click on the link provided. Sounds like a classic scam to me. They don’t even specify the council, which made me suspicious straight away.3 yearsTypical call from some bloke with that awful accent.
