They wouldn't stop ringing me all morning, sooooo annoying these scammers. I even blocked the number but they kept ringing back, how is that even possible? Keeps happening no matter how many times I block it.

Got a call where the person said they were from some government benefits office and even knew my name. When I asked which government they were talking about, they just ended the call. They rang a few times throughout the day too. Definitely feels like a scam to me.
