I got a text claiming it was from HMRC saying I could claim a tax refund and to click a link to begin. It seemed fishy to me, so I called HMRC directly and they told me they never send texts about tax rebates. I've blocked the number since then.

Just got a text pretending to be from HMRC - total scam, obviously. It looked proper official, but luckily I knew to ignore it. Don’t fall for those, they’re just trying to steal your info. Stay safe everyone!
