On 2nd Feb 2024, I got a message from this number saying I supposedly owed money for a parking fine and had to pay up quick or else. I was moments away from tapping the link when my hubby, whom I’d just accused of creating the problem, told me to hold on - he said he hadn’t got a ticket. Then he noticed the link looked dodgy and definitely wasn’t from any official source. Be careful folks, this smells like a scam!

Some scammer called me claiming to be from HMRC, saying I needed to press 1 to chat with an officer. What’s crazy is they rang me from a different number just a few hours earlier!
