Two phone calls received earlier today about a potential scam. I had a chat with someone named Christopher James from a financial claims company, using numbers 07581502059 and 07581502048. He claimed that I was eligible to reclaim PPI on my mortgage, and he seemed to have quite a bit of personal information, including details about an old credit card of mine. The moment I mentioned that I no longer possessed that card, the line went silent. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

We've had yet another call from these scammers, and as usual, they didn’t bother to leave a message on the answering machine. When we tried to return the call, all we got was that annoying automated sound saying no connection could be made. We've received yet another alarming call from this number, claiming they're trying to recover funds related to some non-existent insurance linked to our old mortgage provider. It’s unnerving how these callers seem to have access to our personal details, which they insist were handed over by the mortgage company. They even have the cheek to ask for the security code on the back of our debit card! Honestly, why on earth would anyone share that information when it's clearly them who should be owing us money? Please, do not divulge any of your personal details to this individual, and I urge everyone to report them to the authorities.
