4 yearsDefinitely seemed like a scam but I decided to humour them. They said they were from VISA and mentioned two suspicious charges on my account. They told me to press 2 to cancel them, so I did. Soon after, a woman with an Indian accent started asking for my full name, DOB and address. I gave completely fake info. Then she wanted my VISA card number to cancel the payments. I told her they should already have that info. She insisted I confirm all my details first. To check if this was legit, I asked her to tell me the last 4 digits of my card.
