On 19/6/25, I got a call saying I was being looked into for tax fraud. When I said I'd ring back and asked for their name, they just hung up. It was so hard to hear who it was. When I tried calling back, they denied the whole thing. Feels like some kind of number spoofing. Honestly, such a daft scam. I rang a few more times and they ended up getting irritated and even called me a crumbhead! Can't help but wonder if this has anything to do with a 'wet wipe' joke they have over in Liverpool or something!
