Had a call from someone named Alex claiming to be from 'eco'. He started talking about a loft insulation certificate but switched to cavity wall insulation once I told him we already converted the loft. Sounded dodgy to me - kept going on about sending an engineer round to "inspect" before sorting the certificate. Feels like a scam, so best to steer clear.

Somebody called saying they were from ‘eco’ and said they’d left some kind of certificate up in the loft, but it all sounded like total nonsense to me.

Got a call from someone named Alex saying he was from 'Eco' and that he left a certificate about loft insulation when he supposedly came by last time. What a load of rubbish! They've never even been to my place, I fitted the insulation myself so I'd definitely know. Plus, I’m on the TPS list, so these calls are just a waste of time.
