Got a couple of messages saying something like “You’ve signed up for mobile banking today. If that’s not you, please inform us. You can cancel registration by clicking this link.” Of course, I reached out to my bank straight away and they confirmed it was a scam - should’ve spotted it earlier really! I’ve done everything to secure my account now. The texts were sent from two phones: one claiming to be Halifax at 07572 386996 and the other Lloyds at 07572 386997.
