Got a call from another Asian bloke using a traditional English name. Not totally unusual but it's happening loads lately with different numbers. He said I had some poi refund from Oracle finance. I told him the poi deadline was last year already. He kept repeating himself and then claimed he was from Oracle finance, then switched to say he was from the FCA. Said I’d be getting a cheque in the next few days. If it actually shows up, I’ll happily come back here and say sorry, and even call the number back to thank them. But wait, the number never picks up when you ring it.

This number has been calling me nonstop this morning, looking for a Nathan. I told the bloke he had the wrong number, then he asked for my name, saying my voice sounded really sexy. I blocked 07554 688513 but they just switched to another number (07852 190172) and kept ringing. Proper annoying.

Got a call from a bloke called Michael, sounded Asian, saying I’d won over £2000 in a PPI claim and a cheque was on the way. I asked which bank it was from, and he just repeated himself. When I pressed again, he said Lloyd’s TSB. Thing is, it’s been 45 years since I banked with TSB - not sure they even existed back then!

Got a call about my PPI claim supposedly going through but then they say I need to get life insurance to receive the money. Total con, ive never had PPI in the first place.

Got a call from some dodgy firm saying I was owed £2499 from a PPI claim. They asked about any investments I had, claiming it was needed by the FCA for their records. Then tried to sell me a plan for £25 today, saying I’d get my PPI back after and then they’d cancel it. I played along just to see what they’d say next. The guy spoke really fast, sounded Asian. Told him he was taking the mick and ended the call.

Got a call from an Asian woman talking about a survey, kept asking loads of questions but I could barely catch what she was saying. Stuff like if I owned the house, what brand my telly was, if I had a dishwasher and what kind. The thing that freaked me out was she already knew my postcode and address. Really made me nervous.

Got a call from 07554688513 around 11:05 on 22/07/2020. The bloke said I’d been in an accident in the past couple of years but couldn’t give me any details. Then he switched it up, saying I’d made a loan request, but when I asked him stuff he couldn’t reply properly. Told him his try at fishing for info was rubbish, and then he started swearing badly. Very dodgy call.

Didn't recognise the number so I just let it go to voicemail, but no message was left after it rang for about 20 seconds. I looked the number up on google and found this site. Obviously some kind of robocall, so I’ve blocked it. Been getting loads like this from loads of different numbers recently, how on earth do they get hold of my number?

An Indian woman rang me from 07554688513 on the 20th of July, introduced herself as Christine from Manchester, claiming to be an insurance agent. She wanted me to get "WhatsApp" so we could chat and be pals! She mentioned travelling to India for a wedding and promised to call back in a month once she got back. Feels like a scam to me already.

Got a call from DM services, said my PPI claim had gone through and I was owed £2500. I just said cheers, send the cheque and ended the call. Clearly they were fishing for my bank info.

They've rung me like 17 times - 5 times in just one day! Same old PPI rubbish, asking if I’ve got a timeshare or any investments. The line was awful, really hard to understand what they were saying.

I keep getting calls telling me I’m owed £3899.00, it’s ridiculous. I mess around with them for a bit, but then they pass me onto some person who says the only way to get the money is to sign up for life insurance right now! When I asked them to send all the details in writing with their company address, they started shouting at me for ‘wasting their time’ - even though they called me first! Another time, someone from the same number even swore at me. Don’t ever give your bank details to these scammers!!

I told the bloke I've never had any of those cards and he started being really nasty. I have mental health issues and this has upset me a lot. I'm not sure what to do about it. They've also called from 07554957202, so watch out.

Some bloke said he was from credit solutions, telling me I owed money on unsecured debts. When I told him I didn’t have any debts, he just called me a b#### and cut the call. What a charming fellow, haha!

Got a call from 07554 688513, claiming to be from citizen advice and saying they could reduce debts by 60-70%. When i asked where they were calling from, they then asked for my bank info to move forward. watch out folks, seemed pretty believable but felt off to me.
