Upon inquiring about the purpose of his call, I was met with an absolutely shocking outburst that I've never encountered before; it's high time someone put a stop to this bloke.

At the outset of our conversation, when I interrupted him to demand some clarity, he had the audacity to label me a complete tosser before abruptly ending the call.

I received a call where the caller identified herself as Amy from Altas Energy, and she had the audacity to mention my name directly. Naturally, I found it quite peculiar that someone from an energy company would be ringing me on my mobile. I jotted down the number and ended the chat, only to have them ring back from 02030530779 shortly after. A mere ten minutes later, they dialled again but this time with the number hidden. Once again, they asked for me by name, and to my surprise, claimed, "Oh, I believe I've just spoken to you," before promptly hanging up. They seemed anxious to discuss an energy account linked to a property I had "just assumed responsibility for," despite the fact we've been residing here for six months now and this is a fresh number. Exercise caution-there's definitely something not right about this.
