Absolutely, this number is as dodgy as they come. Posing as GOVUK, I received a text just 8 hours back regarding an energy bill refund via their site energy.bill-rebate.com. Needless to say, I didn't take the bait!

Received a message that read: "GOVUK: You qualify for a reduced energy bill through the Energy Bills Support Scheme. Apply here: https://energy.bill-rebate.com." Be cautious and steer clear of that link-it's a con!
