I received a text stating that ApplePay has been uninstalled from my device, yet I never had it in the first place! Quite baffling, isn't it?

I received a message claiming that my Apple Pay account has been disabled, but I'm choosing to disregard it. Interestingly, I got a second text informing me of the same thing, although the number was different this time: 7593 272826. Honestly, I’m rather tired of these con artists attempting to deceive unsuspecting individuals.
