Tried calling back but it just ends the call immediately. If it was legit, you'd expect to get through. Pretty clear this is a scam.

Yesterday I got a ring from someone saying they were from Citizens Advice, but all he said was his name was Mark before suddenly hanging up. It felt a bit odd, especially after seeing other comments about this number. Funny thing is, I was at Citizens Advice earlier that day and was waiting for a call, but I’m pretty sure their manager’s name is Ali. Definitely a scam, so best to block these types.

Watch out for these scammers from Asia, they’re a right nuisance. Best thing to do is just block them straight away and make sure you report them too!

I let my phone ring out, and if there's no voicemail left after the call, I can just tell it's one of those pesky nuisance calls. At that point, I waste no time in blocking the number straightaway.

Don’t bother with the TPS, these scammers are the real problem and deserve a harsh lesson. No pity for these nasty folk - you should definitely report them to ACTION FRAUD by calling 0300 123 2040 or going online at https://reporting.actionfraud.police.uk/login.

Got a call from this number - the person said they were from Citizens Advice Bureau. The voice sounded Asian and they started asking if I owed any money or had stuff about life insurance. When I questioned why CAB would be ringing me about life insurance, they just cut the call. Definitely a scam in my opinion!
