What a complete scam this is! They've sent a message to our elderly relative’s landline, asking someone to call Sam on 01872 266 770, mentioning “30.” This is ridiculous as our grandmother doesn’t owe a single penny! Given her poor hearing, she could easily find herself in a troublesome situation. I've decided to opt out of BT’s text service by ringing 0800 587 5252. Honestly, how can these lowlifes rest easy knowing they exploit vulnerable individuals? It’s outrageous!
