After I left a complaint on Trustpilot about Secured Homes pestering me with calls I never asked for, this bloke rang me up and started being proper abusive. He went on about me being a smelly little b***h or something - totally bizarre and childish! Honestly, it was so unprofessional, I was shocked. Proper disgusting behaviour.
