Got a call today from some recorded message, female with a British accent, claiming to be from my 'bank's security team'. Said there were two unauthorised transactions on my card this morning - the usual £199 to 'Amazon' and then another for £899 to 'Zoom'. They told me to press 1 to approve or 2 to talk to their 'security department'. Total scam. Don’t press anything! No such transactions happened. Just hang up, don’t engage, and block the number straight away.
