Just got a text from a number saying it’s Santander's fraud team. I looked it up and the best thing to do is ring the customer service number on the back of your card, 08009123123, to be sure. Apparently, when their system spots something fishy with a transaction, it automatically freezes the card. If you ignore it, you might be in trouble, so you need to get back to them to stop any dodgy use.

Be careful, I got a message that looked like it was from Santander saying there was a weird payment request from PayPal. The text told me to reply or ring a different phone number they gave. Santander never contacts me like that, they always send secure messages through the app. Plus, when I checked my PayPal, there was no unusual transaction at all. Definitely a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming I’d lost money from my bank account - total scam, don’t fall for it.

Been called a few times already from different numbers including this one. Lady asked for me by name but when I asked who she was, she just ended the call. I could hear a load of background noise like a call centre, so I'm betting it's just another spam or scam!
