This is happening in Bulgaria too. When I send SMS to this number, it goes on my bill but if I try calling, the automated voice says "number not recognised". I also tried texting other numbers like ones ending in 227, 247, 257, 267, and 277. None of those calls connect either and I get the same message. Really odd situation.

On 17/10/2016, I noticed a random deduction of Rs. 5 from my balance for SMS charges, even though I didn’t send any messages. It feels like some employee from the mobile service provider might be messing with my account. Then, again on 21/10/2016, the same Rs. 5 was taken for SMS charges without me sending anything to the number 00447537410287. When I looked it up on Google, I found loads of others having the same issue. I’m planning to file a complaint against the mobile company for this.
