Got a call from a bloke with a Welsh accent claiming he was from Sun Life, asking about a second policy. I told him no, but then he asked how long I’d been with them. I couldn’t remember off the top of my head without checking the paperwork. Thought to myself he ought to know that stuff anyway. He said to find my policy and he’d call back later. Let’s see what turns up next.

Today, I received a call on my landline from this number, asking if I still needed data protection. Then the person went on to ask if I still lived at my address, and shockingly, they recited my address and phone numbers to check. I honestly have no idea who they are. I've tried ringing them back a few times but the line is always busy. It’s a bit unsettling that they have such personal info. The caller spoke with a strong English accent. Just a heads up to be cautious, folks.

I get calls from some call centre that never answers right away. After I say hello a couple of times, some guy with an asian accent comes on asking if I'm Mr ???. At that point I just hang up, it's proper irritating! These calls come almost every day and I was under the impression they're supposed to be banned by now?!

A bloke rang me out of the blue, and it sounded like he had some info on my life insurance or something. He spoke really slowly, which was frustrating. When I asked what exactly he was after, he snapped that he didn’t want anything if I was going to be like that, then just slammed the phone down on me! I wasn’t being aggressive or anything, just wanted to know his business as I was busy, but he was so rude about it! Proper annoying.
