I got a call from some market research firm and honestly, don’t trust them at all. They promised they wouldn’t share my details without my permission, so I fed them rubbish answers just for fun. Now, a couple of weeks later, my phone won’t stop ringing with salespeople pushing stuff I made up. They’re definitely just using these calls to grab your data and sell it on. Totally dodgy business and best to avoid.

Sounds like a telemarketing firm that’s ignored the DMA guidelines. They keep ringing up and asking for a made-up name, or maybe they just have awful data management. Even after telling them loads of times to take me off their list, they keep calling with the same annoying, wrong info. If you block one number, they just switch to another one. Honestly, they’re a right nuisance and I’m definitely planning to report them.

Got a call from this number today, and they asked if I was Amanda Sandiford. What really gets me is that I keep getting calls for this person from different numbers all the time. Every time it happens, I tell them to take my number off their list and I block it.
