I missed a call from this number and didn’t recognise it at all. When I called back, the person on the other end kept insisting that I had an insurance policy that needed renewing with them. I told him this wasn’t true and that my policy is actually with another company and is valid until halfway through next year. He seemed to get annoyed and just said “Alright, whatever” quite sharply before hanging up. Feels like it was either a spam call or some kind of scam.

Someone rang me saying they’re from this car insurer called PolicyLink. They had my first name and birthday but nothing else really.
