Based on what others have said here, I'm pretty sure this was a scam call. The lady had a strong accent and said she was from some kind of training or skills firm, asking to talk to the boss. She mentioned it was about sales but then said no one was available to chat so I'd have to email instead. Honestly, I'd suggest just blocking the number to be safe.

Got a call from someone really insistent about giving out bank info for some heating system, and then they just cut the line on me.

Picked up my phone and after a brief quiet moment, a bloke with a Jordie accent asked something about ‘Heating’ but I didn’t quite hear the other word. I told him I’ve never heard of Heating. Then he asked if my name was Baker, which it isn’t. He also asked if I knew a Carol Baker, and again I said no. Then he just said “Have a nice day” and hung up. I’ve since blocked the number.
