They tricked my Mum into paying £106 saying they’d send a plumber, but when the 'engineer' rang, it turned out he was a joiner instead. When we tried to get our money back by calling the company, they said no refunds whatsoever. Luckily, after sorting it out with the bank, we got the full amount back. Definitely won’t be dealing with this lot again. Avoid them at all costs - total scam!

My landlord got conned out of £118 after getting in touch with a firm called Home Services & Repair Limited regarding boiler repairs. He paid the call-out charge, but they never showed up. It’s been over four hours now since they were supposed to arrive, and still no sign of them.
